Excellence Suite Rome

I loved the central location of this hotel. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of many major tourist spots in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was perfect, and everything looked exactly as shown in the photos. The staff, especially Daniella, was friendly and made sure my room was well organized and super clean. the windows in the room were excellent at blocking out any noise from the street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a comfortable stay in a centrally located suite. Although the WiFi was weak on the top floor, the staff kindly let us use their printer. The hotel's location allowed us to easily explore the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

The location of Excellence Suite was perfect, great to easily walk to all the major attractions. Despite our room being small, it worked well for us and had a large terrace which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful and assisted us in calling taxis whenever we needed. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure during our stay. The location was excellent, with central attractions within walking distance. The themed rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, with memory foam beds. The staff was helpful and the amenities were nice. Highly recommend for a fun and comfortable stay.

Nothing all excellent.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is close to all the sights and is conveniently situated in the city center. You can easily walk to tourist places and explore the city without any hassle. The rooms are spacious, modern, and cozy, offering a great escape after a long day of sightseeing. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with a wonderful rain shower. The staff provides excellent service and is responsive to any requests or inquiries. The breakfast served here is delicious, with pastries and lattes that are a perfect start to the day.

Although the hotel provides a hair dryer in the rooms, it is not always reliable. There have been instances where the hair dryer was broken and despite requesting a replacement, it was not provided for multiple days.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many popular attractions within walking distance. It was convenient to visit places like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in just 10 minutes. it was possible to reach famous landmarks like the Colosseum and St Peter's in around 40 minutes on foot, for those who enjoy walking. The themed Italian car décor throughout the hotel added a unique touch to the experience and was a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The value for money was excellent, with the room and bathroom being very nice and comfortable. It was definitely a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering its excellent location near metro stations in Rome. It is also conveniently close to great restaurants. The staff provides attentive service and the basic amenities are in good condition. The rooms have comfortable private bathrooms with good facilities, and daily towel changes ensure a pleasant stay.
